INCOME OPPORTUNITIES
Earn while you learn... A select number of our trained participants are allowed to professionally guide others through our courses. Those who do, are capable of earning a substantial income while further mastering the Life Mastery material.
The time commitment is only 2 hours per week for each team of six you lead (1 hour per week to facilitate the team meeting, and 10 minutes per week, (per participant) for 1-on-1 guidance). Both activities take place over the phone.
The fee structure is simple: Of all gross fees collected 40% goes to the Center for Empowerment for Course Curriculum, IT, Platform Fee's, Administration, etc.
The remaining 60% is distributed amongst the Training Team.
The Training Team consists of the following 3 entities who may or may not all be the same person. (If one person performs all 3 services, they recieve the entire 50% fee).
~Course Guide / Team Leader: This is the person who meets (for a total of 2 hours per week) with the actual teams (of 6 participants per team) during their weekly team session and one-on-one coaching sessions. This person recieves 25% of all fees collected. This roll can be shared by two different individuals, with one handling the team calls and one handling the 1-on-1 coaching calls. In this scenario they would negotiate a split of the 25% fee amongst themselves.
~Course Manager: This person oversees other Course Guides and assists them in running their teams. This person also contacts participants when needeed to ensure that they continue making their monthly payments. This person recieves 10% of all fees collected.
~Enrollment & Referral Team: This is the person/team who first contacts, refers, or engages a new organization or top-tier participant regarding the program. This person receives 20% of all fees collected. Of this 20%, 5-10% goes to the person who made the referral (if there is one), and 10-15% goes to the person who secured the contract, depending on how they agree to divide the funds (unless one person performs both actions).
