Scheduling
Before beginning your training, you will need to coordinate your schedule with your Team Leader (and Team Partners) so we can find a 1-hour, weekly time slot that works for everyone on the team. It is during this weekly 1-hour time slot that you will connect with each other via a live tele-conference call.
This step may have already been achieved by the time you read this, especially if you have a team host or coordinator who has helped to assemble your team.

NEXT Step:
If have not yet been given and agreed to a specific day and time for your weekly meetings, please send your Team Leader an email within the next 24 hours regarding your availability for a 1-hour, live, weekly tele-conference call. List your most and least favorite of each option below. If there is a time or day when you absolutely cannot attend, please make note of that as well.
You received an Invitation from your Team Leader and this invitation included his or her email address; this is the address you will send your available times to.
Example:
Please fill out your availability in the following areas:
Once a timeslot has been established, you will be notified of a meeting day and time for your first tele-conference session. The conference call phone number and access code will be provided to you at that time. Again, this portion of our setup process may have already been completed by the time you receive this document.
Once you make your first weekly call, you will find this process very easy to repeat as you simply dial a phone number, then enter a code when prompted to do so.
