COMPENSATION
In this basic scenario, the Training Team grosses $1,200 each month for a single group of 6 Participants. The $1,200 is divided in the following increments: The Team Trainer receives 25%, the Training Director receives 10%, the Executive Training Director receives 5%, the Referral Agent receives *20%, and the Center for Empowerment receives 40%.
*The 20% Referral Agent fee will be lowered once our program is growing at a sufficient pace, however, those accounts that were brought in at the 20% rate, will continue to pay out at that rate.
One person could also perform as both the Referral Agent and the Executive Training Director, receiving a total of 25%, or as the Referral Agent and the Training Director, receiving a total of 35%, or as the Referral Agent and the Team Trainer, receiving a total of 45%.
