How to Enroll a Team
All Life Mastery 1 Participants are encouraged to lead a team of their own upon completion of the Life Mastery 1 course. The reasons for leading a team are explained in the curriculum, and range from the fact that you cannot truly ‘master’ the material without passing it on to others, to the requirement that you must lead a team if you wish to move on to Life Mastery 2.
There are two main scenarios when participating in the Life Mastery program:
The enrollment instructions below are primarily for Scenario #1 as this is where an effort must be made to enroll the Participants.
This is the process that you will follow if you wish to become a Team Leader and invite others to participate in the Life Mastery 1 program:
Step 1) The first thing you will do is to begin sharing your own Life Mastery experience with others in your life. This happens automatically as a natural result of building your Support Community.
As you get closer to the suggested timeline for setting up your team (usually by the time you yourself have reached Session #8 in the course), you will want to do the following:
Make a list of those who you feel would be most receptive to going through the program, followed by others you know well, and so on. You may also include those who you feel might have the most potential for rolling out large groups of participants of their own (such as HR directors, company owners or managers, Network Marketers, etc).
Hint: Those who are most receptive frequently include the following:
At any stage in the process below (either before, or after you have shared these questions and insights) you may move on to Step #2 further below.
Hint: In each of the scenarios below don’t ‘sell’… this program is a ‘gift’, and it should be offered as such… if you have to ‘sell’ it, you’re probably talking to the wrong person.
As you share own experience with the course, also tell them a few things about the program to check their interest level. The following are items you might wish to mention, and questions you might wish to ask (depending upon how much or how little they already know, and whether they are already involved in personal growth, whether they are simply in need of taking control of their life, or whether they are looking for ways to empower others):
Those who are already involved in personal development and growth efforts:
Those who are currently dealing with crises, living on the Dark Train, and are in need of answers and support
Those who are looking for ways of empowering others in their life such as associates, friends, family members, downline distributers, employees, etc.
For those who say they are not interested… you may opt to thank them for their time and revisit the issue in three months’ time (once you have more to share). Or, if you feel you can continue without ‘selling’ or being ‘attached’, you may follow the suggestions below:
Hint: Never take it ‘personally’; the most you can do is make the ‘offer’ and hope for the best. You can however, offer some of the following feedback in certain instances (provided you come from a place of ‘selfless-service and contribution’ and not ‘attachment’ or ‘sales’)
Hint: No matter what reason or excuse they give you for not signing up, it will come down to the fact that they don’t BELIEVE that this program will truly meet their needs (if they were positive that it would give them virtually everything they’ve ever truly wanted, almost nothing would stop them from signing up immediately).
Hint (for those who feel it is too time consuming): You might point out that it only takes 2 hours per week out of 168 hours in a week… then, you might suggest that they deserve at least 2 hours per week to spend on their own happiness and fulfillment.
Hint (for those who say they may do it ‘later’): You might point out that most people who put off taking care of themselves, tend to continue doing it for life (we usually keep doing what we’ve always done)… and it might serve them if just this one time, they make themselves a priority. You can tell them that ironically, if they break the cycle now… this course will help them break it forever. You might also point out that the sooner they take action, the sooner they will stop suffering, and start living… and the longer they wait, the more difficult it may be for them to take control of their life.
Hint (for those who say they can’t do it now because of ‘The Holidays’, ‘Vacation’, an ‘Illness’, etc): You might point out, that there will always be ‘something’ in the way, and those who find a way to move forward in spite of these obstacles, are always glad they did.
Step 2) Send INVITATION email to potential Participants: CLICK HERE
Next, you will send an email to your potential Participants (click on the link above for a prewritten template).
This email links potential Participants to a specific page on our website where they can learn about the course, and, if interested, purchase it. When they first arrive at this page, they will be given an opportunity to either purchase the program immediately, or to first learn about Life Mastery, and then make their purchase.
You may wish to follow up with them within a day or two to make sure they were able to get on the site and make their purchase, and / or, to answer any remaining questions that they may have.
If, after reading about the program they still have not signed up, you may wish to offer them an opportunity to get on a 3-way call with your Team Leader to see if all of their questions have been answered. Ideally, they will then decide to go back to the site and make their purchase.
Step 3) Once the participants makes their purchase, they will receive an auto responder that tells them how to register as a ‘member’ of the course.
Step 4) Once they register, they will receive another auto responder welcoming them to the program and telling them what to do next.
Step 5) Three automated messages will follow the Welcome message including:
Step 6) The ORIENTATION document will also provide a link to the Members Portal where they will locate the Life Mastery 1 INTRODUCTION and begin reading.
Step 7) Once you receive all 6-8 SCHEDULING emails from your new Participants, you will then figure out the best time for your weekly meetings with them, and book that time on your calendar, along with booking a Conference Call number and access code. (Instructions on ‘How to set up a Conference Call line’ are listed under the Members Portal on the website. There is also a 'Team Roster' form in the portal that may help organize info.)

Step 8) Send WELCOME email to your new Participants
The WELCOME email is different from the automated ‘Welcome Message’ they receive when they first register. This time it will be in the form of an ‘email’, it will be coming directly from you, and it will include information about the weekly meeting day, time, and launch date. It will also include the Conference Call number and access code. (The WELCOME email template is found under the Members Portal on the website).
Step 9) That is all… you will then conduct your first session. (Instructions on ‘How to Lead a Team’ are listed below, as well as under the Members Portal on the website).
There are two main scenarios when participating in the Life Mastery program:
- This is where no one is ‘required’ to take the Life Mastery 1 training from you, or from anyone else, it is strictly on a volunteer bases, such as with an individual, an entrepreneur, or a network marketing distributer.
- This is where the participants are part of an organization or institution that has elected to share the program with its workforce, or others under its influence.
The enrollment instructions below are primarily for Scenario #1 as this is where an effort must be made to enroll the Participants.

Or have you ever read a book with lots of great ideas… thought they would change your life forever, but a year later you couldn’t remember more than one or two insights from the entire book?
- Ask: Wouldn’t it be great if every great insight you ever read became a permanent, automatic part of your nature… something you applied and benefitted from every day? And wouldn’t it be awesome if the inspiration you felt from those motivating seminars could be sustained indefinitely?
- Next, ask how they would feel about a program that would not only teach them every insight, principle and character trait needed to lead a happier, more successful, fulfilling, self-actualized life of passion and purpose… but would also turn these things into automatic habits that they would apply each and every day… forever.
- Next, tell them that you yourself have just been through a program that does exactly that… and it works, then ask when they would like to hear more about it.
- Next, when they are ready, share your ‘story’ (make sure you have a 1 or 2 minute ‘story’ about how this program has changed your life).
- If they seem excited, tell them about our offer… how they can get $1,000 per month worth of training for only $199 per month… (and how even that price gets cut in half if they wind up training others… and how it keeps getting cut in half if the ones they train, wind up training other, and so on.)
Those who are currently dealing with crises, living on the Dark Train, and are in need of answers and support
- Ask: How they would feel about a program that would not only help them through their challenges, but also, teach them every insight, principle and character trait needed to lead a happier, more successful, fulfilling, self-actualized life of passion and purpose… that could also turn these things into automatic habits that they would apply each and every day… forever.
- Next, tell them the remaining insights we shared above.
Those who are looking for ways of empowering others in their life such as associates, friends, family members, downline distributers, employees, etc.
- Ask: How they would feel about a program that would empower their teams to be happier, more effective, successful, and productive … and that could also turn these things into automatic habits that they would apply each and every day… forever.
- Next, tell them the remaining insights we shared above.
