TRAINING TEAM
The Training Team is made up of five entities:
- Team Trainer
- Training Director
- Executive Training Director
- Referral Agent
- Center for Empowerment (And Staff)
Each of the above 'entities' act in the capacity of 'Independent Contractors' and are therefor, responsible for maintianing their own taxes, insurance, and other responsibilities that are consistent with the laws govorning an Independent Contractor status.
It is possible for one person to perform in more than one of the above areas. One person could perform as both a Training Director and a Referral Agent for instance. Or, one person could perform as both the Team Trainer and the Referral Agent. Doing so could significantly increase that individuals income.

Responsibilities
Each area of the Training Team has a unique set of responsibilities which must be met in order to receive compensation for that area.

- Team Trainer: Trains and Coaches up to 6 Teams each week, spending on average 2 hours per team, per week. The difference between a Team Leader and a Team Trainer, is that a Team Trainer has been certified to train by the Center for Empowerment, and is being financially compensated by the Center for Empowerment for doing so. The title Team Leader is given to those who have simply been through the training and then turned around and trained others as a part of the PermaLearn process.
- Training Director: Supports up to 6 Team Trainers. This 'support' includes the following: They contact clients who were referred to them by the Referral Agent, and help them enroll in the program. They help each Team Trainer launch their teams. They answer questions from the Referral Agent and the Team Trainer (and when they can't answer these questions, they go to their own Training Director for answers). You are not allowed to act as both a Team Trainer and as your own Training Director; every Team Trainer has a separate Training Director, however, you can be a Team Trainer for up to 6 Teams, and a Training Director for up to 6 Team Trainers.
- Executive Training Director: This person supports up to 6 Training Directors. The 'support' includes the following: They help enroll special clients in the program when needed. They help the Training Director get answers to their questions (and when they can't answer these questions, they go to their own Training Director or Executive Training Director for answers).
- Referral Agent: Makes initial contact with potential client and connects potential client with Training Director.
- Center for Empowerment: Creates/provides curriculum, runs administration and operations, maintains sites and portals, provides support and marketing tools for Training Team.
